This company sent me a defective charger for my laptop. They offered to replace the product if I returned the charger. I was happy about their offer to replace the product. However, they refused to pay or reimburse for return shipping on a defective product. I find that unacceptable.

Furthermore it is now on backorder, according to them, for several weeks. I use my laptop on a daily basis. I can't wait that long.

If you do business with this company and you have a problem...watch out. They haven't helped me much. I wish I had read all the other complaints about this company before I purchased a product from them.
