Needed a copy of my 2007 tax return and found this company on the net. It sounded like the easiest way to get a copy, since the IRS charges 57 dollars. Payed the $40 and got an e-mail stateing the IRS records indicate that I did not file at all!! B.S. I've filed every year forever!!! They also said in the e-mail "Possible resolution : None" They have no way to contact them either. I'm sorry to say I was bent over....

Since it seems you did your research already with the IRS to get the price, why do you think that a company could give you this information in 8 to 27 minutes, when the IRS says to allow 60 days? Not only that but they are doing it for $17 LESS than the IRS is charging?
