Proof of Tax Receiving tax paper copies from any year is a fraud. I paid, received nothing but directions to do more. Las Vegas, Nevada Internet

 On March 2,2016, I purchased the services of this company at the cost of $39.95 to retrieve and send to me a copy of my 2013 form 1040 tax returns. Their online advertising said they were super fast. Faster than anyone else in getting copies. On March 2, I received an email saying to me that there was an error in my signature that the IRS would not accept, that I had to resign. I resigned on March 2, 2016. I made contact via email on Friday March 4,2016 to ask for the progress only to be told that someone would make contact with me within 24 hours. Saturday came, nothing. Sunday came, nothing. This morning I called by telephone and spoke with the receptionist. She ended up telling me I could cancel the purchase if I chose then hung up on me. I then received an email stating that my order had been canceled and that my refund was pending. I wrote back and asked why my order was canceled as it didn't come from me. The next email I received was a notice of reinstating the purchase, BUT I had to treat it as a new order and that it would be at least 48 hours up to a few days to receive any further documents. At that time I asked for my order tone canceled and issue a full refund immediately. The reply I received back was confirmation that the order was canceled BUT then again have to wait 7-10 days for the refund to hit my bank. More rip off, since they took my money the same day I placed the order. I feel this company acts in fraudulent ways and has no intention to ever serve what I purchased.
