Property damage appraisers inc PDA Never gonna get my car fixed (children working there) scammers Santa clarita California

 I was hit by a bus about three weeks ago while parked in a parking lot. It was one of those airport shuttle buses. Apparently someone at the shuttle company left the keys in the bus and the doors open so someone stole it and hit me and then ran away. They said they would fix my car and that my claim was approved but it has been three weeks and I have gotten nothing but unprofessional run around. The shuttle company who was driving for Holiday Inn, is ran by a person named Romeo who says he is new and doesn't know anything. The insurance company that I was given is SP plus and nobody answers the phone there during business hours or not. If you send them an email it takes two days for them to reply if they do. The insurance company told me to get A quote, so I did and sent it to them. Then they said they had to get a quote of their own from their company. I tried to take my car to them but they didn't have a location I could take it too. They said they would come to me but kept scheduling me for the wrong Day on purpose so they wouldn't have to see me. Probably so they wouldn't have to pay my claim. They would come on days that I said I wasn't available and they wouldn't come when they would schedule a day with me. It's been three weeks now and my car still isn't fixed and I still don't know if it ever will be. nobody is calling me back or emailing me back from any company except Romeo who says he doesn't know anything.
