How he ripps you off
The first part of this started in 2000. He purchased a clients home in this manner.
First the distressed party is given a set dollar amount and a quick claim deed is filed. The original loan stays in the clients name with the intent of selling within a timeline. Meanwhile the distressed party moves out of state unaware of what follows.
The home is rented out, he keeps alot of money and the mortgage company recieved partial and late payments, enouph to prevent foreclosure but damaging my clients credit.
Now we find through Maricopa county recorders office the forged signatures and many quick claim deeds with expired and inappropriate Notary signatures. Transfers were to sisters, or brothers or dad or wifes or office workers and so on. We have documentation.
The mortgage company is told via MB that he and his company are the executors of this property and are able to correspond with them with all of her identity information.
Next the courts said this was illegal but the client can not afford to go any further.
The home is then repossesed through legal means and MB gets no money from the sales eventhough he threatend legal means, but wait theres more. He is not entitled to this or any other funds and the clients current lawyer has taken MB on before. How can he with a deceased company demand money from my client? He started his company unethically and praying on the distressed and now he is on the back of the Dec 31 AZ Republic and mentioned in personal real estate investor magazine. Looks like they did research. If he was a Securities licensed individual he should have numerous complained filed with the SEC and NASD for the crap he did.

Home America Property Management is a professional property management firm operating in Prescott and the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. We have thousands of satisfied property owners/investors and tenants.
As property managers we accept the tenuous position of maximizing rents for the owner's investment while keeping a handle on prospective and current tenants. Owners often have concerns about the value of their property, rental income, maintenance issues, late payments from tenants, legal processes, collections, monthly statements, and a host of others. Tenants have concerns about timing of rent payments, amount of payment due that day, late fees, legal notices, maintenance issues, and a host of others.
Occasionally, some tenants blame our company for not fixing things quickly enough. They are not concerned that the owner may not have enough money in their account to make some repairs. Conversely, some owners blame our company for putting in tenants who end up not paying the rent.
We cannot predict the future, but we can act professionally to serve our customers to the best of our ability. We have dealt with about 15,000 owners and tenants over the years.
