Property Masters Of America Propery Masters is major ripoff, & will ruin your credit Phoenix Arizona

Mark Bosworth ripped us off, as well as others. We sold my house to him, and was told that he would resell it.

After several years, Iit was discovered, thru a skip tracer that the loan was still in our name, and the house had gone thru several attemted forclosures. Property Masters would pay just enough to keep it out of forclosure, only to have it happen again. We consulted an attorney, and research was done.

It was discovered that quick claim deeds were entered over and over again, including us suposidly selling to other individuals, then back to Mark or someone else. All deeds were for for $10.00. Yea right, who would sell a house for $10.00. The deeds just kept changing names back and forth. All of the signatures were used by our original signature of the sale of the house. So much for a notery to verify signatures, years later.

The house recently went thru foreclosure again; however legally we couldn't do anything about it. We could not take posession of the house, but however we could pay to get it out of repo status. Doesn't make sense does it. Our attorney discovered that there have been multiple lawsuits again this company and namely Mark Bosworth.

Scary that he has this reputation for "helping people" It is said that he is a "multi-millionare" and has "personally owns millions fo dollars of property" If anyone does research, it would most likely be discovered that it is other idivisuals who are responsible for the loans, and certainly not Mark Bosworth.

If you ever get a call or have someone come to you to purchase your home and they will take care of the filing, be wary and confirm that they are indeed a valid real estate company. We can't do anything about our situation, but maybe this will help you.
