ProPlants Mother Day fiasco Internet

For mother's day I sent my mother a set of three orchids which came with two of the stems broken. In response for my demand that they send a replacement ProPlants said it could only get them there two weeks from Mother's Day!!!!!! Not only does this company not understand what quality is they have no idea how to treat their customers. What good is a mother's day present two weeks late. In the end I had them resend the flowers (arrival date May20th) and I purchased flowers from a different site to be delivered to my mom on Saturday. Lesson learned.
