A few months ago I was looking for a family member. This web site came up I clicked on it.They advised me where the person was I was looking for.

I thought it was a one time fee. Not so, they have been charging my account with a monthly fee ever since. The amount of $19.93 . I did not authorize them to do this.

I would like to be reimbursed for the monies taken, and stop them from doing this to some one else.

Thank you for you time and effort.
