I received an email from Amazon that it was trying to confirm my purchase. So I started reading the reviews and found this site that had a report. I called the number in the previous report: (443) 957-1321. There was no human to talk to so I started dialing extension numbers until I got one that had a person answer.

The person confirmed that the company did not have the book I ordered but was buying it from someone else. This would explain the reason that so many people have rated the poor condition of the book they ordered. The chances that the book they buy at the cheapest price they find will be in the condition they stated on Amazon is not likely.

I went on the 93% rating with Amazon when I bought the book but the positive reviews seem questionable and less authentic than the negative reviews. My transaction appears to be outright fraud and I would never use this company again. Amazon should shut them down immediately. This company's operation is at odds with Amazon's business plan and is ruining their name as well.
