I, too, am totally disgusted by ProSeal and their dishonest practices. I ordered the ProSeal in March. Five months later I have still only received a partial refund. Now, the "new" telephone number that I have called on numerous occasions disconnects you without warning. The email address, "customercare@stormback.com" is bogus. The New York Better Business Bureau has had about as much luck contacting these folks as I have had. Even if you get to talk to someone (which I doubt we ever will again), you expect lie after lie after lie. Maybe we ought to turn this company over to the US Attorney General's Office for investigation!! Stay away from ProSeal if you value your money.
