ProSeal Scam Ordered ProSeal kit 3/19/06... never received product or refund... they also withdrew more money from my bank account! Ripoff Hicksville New York

I ordered the ProSeal kit(as seen on T.V.) on 3/19/06. I just wanted the kit alone, but the automated service billed me for alot of extra stuff that I did not want. By 5/22/06, I still had not received my kit. I called the company to get a refund. They said that they would return the money to my bank account(I used my debit card to pay for the kit).

Instead of returning my money, they charged me for another kit plus all the extras that I did not want with the first one! I called them and they appoligized for the error and said that they would give me a full refund and I should have it by 6/2/06.
I did not receive a refund on the 2nd and once again called the company.

I spoke with Stephanie(who claimed to be a supervisor). She assured me that we should have it in 7-10 days. Once again, I did not get my money! I called the company and spoke with Stephanie again. She told me that I should have it anyday now.

By the 27th of June, I still did not have my refund. I called AGAIN, but this time I spoke with Joanne. She claimed that I should receive my refund 30 days from 6/2/06. I called again on 7/3/06 & spoke with Joe who said 7-10 days! Called again 7/6/06 and spoke with Bonnie who said "by the end of the month or sooner".

7/29/06 I called and spoke with Stephanie who said that I should get my money back by the 31st. Still no refund by 8/14/06! I called again and spoke with Judy and she told me that I would receive it by the end of the month.

I called back on 9/7/06 and the phone number was no longer ProSeal's and the company that now had the number said that they were not affiliated with ProSeal!

Now I am at my ropes end and thought I might be able to find some other people online who had also been Ripped of by these clowns!
