$19.95 TV Special increases 140% for Shipping and Handling...

I ordered ProSeal's Special Offer with Free Hand Held Steamer for $19.95(S&H not included). The price for S&H was not listed. After they got my credit card number, the additioinal charges increased $20.00(S&H) for the Free Steamer over the $7.95(S&H) already charged totaling $27.95. I then tried to cancel the order, and they hung-up on me after being on hold forever. The total price increased from $19.95 to $47.90 for the $19.95 Special. Unable to contact Customer No-Service. Now, I will cancel this order thru my credit card company.
