We ordered ProSeal and never received it.

Our credit card was charged on May 23, '06. We called the 800 number on August 09, '06 and were told that our purchase had shipped in March. We never received it. The woman told us she ordered it again and we would receive it by the end of August, '06.

It is now Sept. 03, '06. I tried calling the 800 number and got re-routed to the Customer Care number. We still have not received our purchase.

We are reporting them to our credit card company to complain and get our money back!
