I was having trouble with my A/C unit in my highrise condominium, so I contacted ProServ aka Country Wide ProServ aka Proservlv to come diagnose the problem.  It took them coming out twice before letting me know I needed to change the panel on my unit, which would cost me about $700 so I said ok.  After installing the panel, the AC worked for about a week before it gave out - so I called them back out to see what the issue was.. this time they told me I pretty much had to replace the whole unit - which was odd because I bought the unit brand new from the builder a year prior to this.  Regardless, summer was coming so I said ok, and had them order the unit for install.  During the installation, the installer dragged the unit on my laminate flooring and left a large scratch on it.. he said if I contacted the office, they would take care of it.  I called the office and they asked me to send them pictures of the scratch, which I did the same day - I was told the owner of ProServlv.com would be in contact with me.  A few days went by and I didn't hear so I called them and asked for an update.  The receptionist informed me that the owner has been notified and would be reaching out to me soon.  I have yet to hear from the owner of proservlv.com and I have called at least once a week for 7 weeks since I sent the photos.  Nobody in that office can give me a reason as to why the owner hasn't reached out to me.  They said he has been notified everytime I have called and is fully aware of the situation.  So this is how you treat a customer that just spent 4k with your company? What a joke. 

proservlv.com is a joke of a company and I have now reported them on ripoff report, the BBB, Yelp, google, and I am in the process of sending a legal demand letter which will be followed by a lawsuit if no response is given.  Consumers BEWARE of this company, the owner is a lousy businessman who clearly doesn't care about his companies reputation or his customers.  I have also been advised to contact the Nevada State Contractors Board to let them know whats going on.  Sadly, all of this could have been avoided if the owner RETURNED A SIMPLE PHONE CALL.  Beware of this company.

My issue with Pro Serv has been taken care of and I am satisfied with the resolution.  The owner contacted me and explained how there was a misunderstanding between upper and lower management on who was supposed to handle the issue.  I myself am a business owner, so I completely understand how that may have happened. The A/C unit that I bought works perfectly, and I have no further issue with this business.
