Proskinmax Fraudulent, beware Internet

Proskinmax was advertising a trial of face cream for $5.95 and an eye cream for $4.95.  They charged me the original amount and then the next month they charged me $89.85 and $85.95.  I called the day I got the charges and they had already charged me a third time $91. and $94.  They claim I signed up for an auto ship when I didn't call them back in 14 days to say I didn't want it.  I never agreed to anything, but the original charges for a sample.  The credit card company said they doi this all the time.  They try to negotiate this with you by taking off 35%.  So, something that I thought was $11.00 cost me $375.  I really don't know how the government is allowing this scam.  They charged me under 2 different names so that when you try to cancel you have to call both places. It took multiple times to cancel because they hang up on you.
