PMCWI claims to offer we access for clients to check their account status and the option to set up online payments. It recommends using one's email address for the user name.
When I attempted to register, I entered my main email address, the same one that I use for corresponding with the company. They denied my registration, claiming the email address I am using for myself is not valid.
