Prospective Trust Sweepstakes Nexon Consultants Lucky House Owner or Residential Occupant winner of Lottery Drawing Houston Atlanta Georgia

I received a letter proclaiming me as a winner of the lottery draw of Prospective Trust Sweepstakes. I also received a check from Nexon Consultants of Atlanta drawn on a Bank of America in Atlanta. The letter states that I have won in the third catagory of house owners and residential occupants. My prize is US $500,000. The check is for $3900.00 to cover the $3500.00 tax clearance fee. It was deducted from my $500,000 so I already received $400 after the tax clearance fee. I am to send the money by western union after contacting my claims agent Dan Rufus at a number given which looks nothing like any number in the US. He will tell me where to send the money. They of course want me to keep this secret so that no one impersonates me and tries to steal my winnngs. The envelope has South African stamps on it
Please do not cash this check if you receive one like this. By the time the bank tells you that the check is not good your money will already be sent by western union and you will have to make up the $3900.00 or $3500 if you haven't already spent your $400 you get to keep.
There are a few grammatical errors in the letter and nowhere does it state who these people are or how you came to be in this sweepstakes. The check is signed by Allen Ravas President but his signature sure looks like ThJefferson.
