Prosperity Moving Company Messed up my belonging/ property victoria Texas

          I hired Prosperity Moving Company to more all my belongings to a storage unit and the into an apartment two weeks later. When I called and got a price the manager Arron told me it would be $300 for 3hrs and theres atleast 3hrs required. The 1st day 4/29/14 they show up at my apartment at 8:07am ,moved my stuff to my storage unit, and end self broke they said sorry. I told the two guys ( Steven and Devon) that it was ok I got it at Walmart it was only $19 its no big deal.

         The movers finished at 10:56am and told me they had to call their manager Arron to get the cost I owe, Steve told me the price is $330. They said they charge $30 extra because we lived on the 2nd floor even though when I set the appointment up I was told $300 for 3hrs and told th I live in an apartment on the 2nd floor. I gave them $340, I was told they didnt have any change. I asked for a receipt, they didnt have any receipt paper. I gave them some paper to hand write me a receipt. On 4/12/13 I hired Prosperity Moving Company to move my stuff from storage to my new apartment unit. Once again they were done well before 3hrs and were rushing to get to another appointment after mine. My husband was there with the movers and (Steven) once again was told the cost is $330 but since I had a credit of $10 so my husband paid $320.

          When i got home I saw my sons crib scratched up, his bouncer broke and my deep freeze scratch and dented. I notified the manager he sent 2 workers out to look at my things, they used a furniture paint pen to cover scratches (but its still noticeable) they did buy a baby bouncer to replace the broken one. Arron told me to call him when I will be home and he will have a fridge dent/repair man come and fix my deep freezer. I called Arron and we set an appointment up for 5/17/14 between 5pm-7pm. I called Arron and no awnser. I then callef from my house line (that they dont know number) Arron called me right back my house line, and asked if someone called him. I told Aarron who I was. I asked him about the no show and told me he ment to calle but he didnt have my number with him at the time. Arron started yelling at me on the phone then told me that he dont believe that his guys didnt broke or scratched/ dented any of my property. After yelling at me, he then hung up on me. I am very un pleased with his management/ problem solving solutions. 

           I do not recommend this company to anyone, do research before you hire a moving to move personal belongings. Lesson learned the hard way.
