I signed a 3 year contract with Protection One to installed an alarm system at the townhouse I was renting in Las Vegas, NV.  It has already been 2 years since the installation and I have 12 months remaining.  My landlord is short selling the property and I had to move.  Protection One advised me that I would have to pay $455.00 for early termination.  That is ridiculous!!!  This is a situation that is beyond my control.  I have been a loyal paying customer and when circumstances happen Protection One is not there for their customers.  Per a letter from Rosalinda Hernandez, Executive Customer Relations at Protection One, "If you choose not to resign with us at your new home then we can set you up on a payment plan to satisfy the remaining balance on your contract."

I moved out of state and the complex that I moved to will not allow installation of an alarm system.  So I guess Protection One could care less......all they want is $$$$$$.  DON'T USE THEM!!!! they are not for the people and could care less about helping their customers through these hard economic times.

Protection One DOES NOT respond to customers as stated above per Susan, Executive Customer Relations Rep. for Protection One.  I tried to contact them on 12/21/09 @ 12:14 pm via email, 12/24/09 @ 12:13 pm via phone, and 12/26/09 @ 10:36 am via phone.  No one has yet to return my call.  I see that many others have complained about Protection One as recent as 12/25/09.

If you care about your customers' situations during these times as you stated then call me.  I have left my name, phone number and account number several times.

This is to Susan, the Executive Customer Relations Representative.  As per your post you requested I contact you at 877-835-3338 or CustomerRelations@ProtectionOne.com.  Everytime I call that number no one answers.  I even sent an email to the above email address and have not heard anything.  I guess you and your company have a standard response to these complaints just to make your company appear to care.  Again.......PROTECTION ONE does not care about their customers!!!!

I have contacted several other entities to look into this matter.  Remember.....word of mouth is the worse kind of advertisement.

If you really want to have the opportunity to review my account more closely, call me.  I sent you my number via email.
