Protext Mobility TXTM SearchHelp SHLP Protext ,TXTM, was Echo Metrix ,EHMI, was SearchHelp ,SHLP, renames again to hide the past Syosset, New York

This is the third time this company has renamed itself.  Originally SearchHelp (SHLP), then Echo Metrix (EHMI) and now Protext (TXTN), this company keeps trying to hide the past, while churning tens of millions of dollars of stock. 

Founded by William Bozsnyak and Jeffrey Supinsky, Protext is the third coming of this continuous fraud! The same product is being shucked to the investors based on it's emotional appeal to old lady's.  As Echo Metrix they were caught and fined by the FTC for selling children's private information.  During this period they were spying on children's chats, today as Protext they are trying this again on children's text messaging.  Would you trust a company that's already violated Federal Law.
