Protron Digital Corporation Have tried unsuccessfully for 10 MONTHS to get AC Adaptor for Protron TV Ontario California

We have been trying quite successfully since February 27 to get a new AC Adaptor for our TV. It is Model # 090-02180-13.

We have made multiple phone calls and get the runaround all the time. Like:" call back in two weeks, wait another month to order, it is on back order, they are making new ones."

We have send them a check for the new AC Adaptor in September as of this date,12/6/07 still have not received anything. They never call us back. It is us who has to initiate the phone calls only to receive once again their stalling tactics etc.

I called on November 27,07 and spoke to the supervisor, Ricky Dawson at the 888-257-8899 #. I was told that they are working on a new and improved model and it would be in our hands by Christmas.

I called today,12/6/07 to check on the status of the new adaptor and once again got the proverbial runaround. When I asked to speak to Mr. Dawson's boss he said that he was it. When I asked for the phone number for the parent company he responded that he wasn't allowed to give out that number. What kind of business won't allow disgruntled customers to call and register a complaint other than this fake customer service #. If you ask me I think Mr. Dawson is just a front man for this bogus company. He replied that he would be in trouble if he gave out their phone number. Shouldn't that be a RED Flag?
