We purchased two 32" flat panel TVs in November 2006. In less than three months we had to return one of the sets for malfunctions. In less than two years later the other set has a power supply failure that the company has no parts for.

Proton does not have any cross reference to any parts that can be used.

Our only hope to ever have this set repaired is for some one with the same set (PLTV-3250 32" LCD Flat panel SPECTRONIQ TV by PROTRON) that has a problem that is totally unrepairable like a smashed screen, can offer the working parts of their set to those who can use them.

My TV repairman told us to hold onto our set and if he gets a simular set in that he can purchase for the parts he will let us know.
