protuninglab inc ordered twice two different parts and got ripped off twice on the two different parts and I was lied to. walnut California

I ordered a pair of headlights  11-13-2013 ,  on the 14th called them and that was a miracle in itself to get through and they told   Me that they were shipped that day  and they even provided a tracking number so I followed up with tracking information but it was not telling me anything and I again tried forever to get through,  finally did and they so kindly told me that the light are back ordered 3 1/2 weeks. This is after telling this company that I indeed needed these asap for my  vacation to start  so I could drive to North Carolina for holidays.  I then said forget it I will order one in stock and I did indeed do that... All that got me was the same thing I just wrote about twice in a row. I am now cutting into my vacation by two weeks so I will not be going. THANKS protuninglab .. I have all the emails about this matter. I am out  310 $ no vacation and no headlights.
