I purchased a video camera on Ebay from the seller ProudParents2005. The product was defective. I was told to return the item for a full refund inApril 2010.Thecamera wasmailed to themwith a confirmation signature recieved, which I have as well as the tracking information.
I tried contacting the ebay resolution center but unfortunately they would not help because it wasbeyond the Ebay resolution centers 45 day limit. I also contacted my bank but they refused to see this as a fraud charge because it went through Paypal and seemed like a legit transaction to themwhich I don't fully understand so I am dealing with the bank still on this. I am now contacting Paypal to see if there is anything they can do.
This seller has an ebay store that sells thecrafters and circuitline of goods they no longer sell the camera but they do sell other goods.
I have attempted to email these peopleover and over again with no results. The financial loss was $155 plus return shipping.

Problem Solved Received Refund

After contacting John Donahoe, CEO of Ebay, his assistant Chet Ricketts contacted me within 24 hours of emailing him stating he would look into the matter for John Donahoe. I then received my refund from proudparents2005 to my paypal account today. This matter was resolved with 48 hours due to the actions of John Donahoe and his assistant Chet Ricketts of Ebay. I am amazed, I thought I would never see my money again! Thanks to this site for getting me in contact with the right individuals needed to reconcile this matter and thanks to Ebay for backing their customers, outstanding customer service! Thank you!
