I am 100% certain this is a phantom who I have never met, unless it is also from agent Gil M. in Oceanside. I did encounter a very strange inquiry thru email from my sales job ad also in same vacinity as other complaint!

As god is my witness . I just happen to be in a very vulnerable position & if U R an agent that is simply looking for a marketing arm that is sqeeky clean there is not one that exsists.

As I share with every agent before making any committments what so ever. U must know that this very simple process is a numbers game, some of the leads will be good and some will NOT be good.

More Important than anything, U Must know if a refund is warranted we will make it. Only sometimes you can never satisfy everyone.

Also note for the record, it has been brought to my attention, the other derogatory is from an agent who apparantly sent upwards of $1000.00 to a marketing firm that operates in a similar manner as we do, He feels as though we are affiliatted with other company, so this makes all the sense in the world to this guy, as he thinks the $150.00 he sent to us, has actually gone to other company??? NOT True.

And finally in closing, I welcome anyone that has a shadow of doubt, simply pick up the Phone and speak to me 1st, before having contempt prior to investigation. This whole mess & misunderstanding amounts to $150.00. And I still welcome Gil from Oceanside to try & give us the benefit of the doubt as we have still left the door open to try & create another Lead for him, & or take delivery of the list & Make the Phone calls himself.

We R not affiliatted with anyone, nor are we associatted with people mentioned in complaint.

We promised to replace exchange Lead-appt. if agent is Not happy. Keep in mind this has been created by a man who is simply down on his luck & having a hard time making sales.

Had I known this agent was going to be so Nasty, violent & abusive to us for $150.00 I would have bowed out gracefully.

On top of everything, We promised to send Agent his $150.00 back.

All we asked was for him to forward on a note to us promising us to simply terminate his relationship to us in writing & to Please Refrain from any further nasty & threatening derogatories & everyone can walk away as winners.

Not to mention, we also promised to forward on the initial SAMPLE-LIST we obtained to do the job in the first place. Our goal with any agent is to PROVE ourself in order to build a little credibility up front. The $150.00 excercise is simply a deposit on the initial retainer in the first place.

Anyone that spends this much time posting a nasty-UNTRUE-documented report for a lousy $150.00. They must Not be very productive in the first place, because they would be making SALES & Not have this kind of time.

So in closing, we invite anyone to come and take a look at our files & you will clearly see there are Agents that have made sales.

PS>As I am still willing to meet with agent above in person. I invited him to look at our files, to show him his allegations are so off base & UN-true. All he needs to do (IF) he is Willing to meet with us? And once he recognizes it is all a Mistake and is willing to Post a new report in order to reflect his initial allegation. This way we can try & satisfy
