I ordered the scooter on a Wednesday  I wanted online & got an order confirmation. It promised 2-3 day shipping. On Friday I went to the site to check the order status. It said no such order existed. The paypal payment had gone thru ok tho. I emailed customer support asking if there was a problem. A day later I got a single word reply; "No"

I repled askiing for a more detailed explanation. A day later they replied that I should check the status page again. My order was in the system with the status of "In Processing". No tracking url or anything else.

6 days later I get an email from paypal saying

"Spring Mobility Interactive just sent you a full refund of $655.95 USD for your purchase.

We're currently processing your refund. However, depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for the money to be available in your card balance."

30 days!

"Unfortunate we cannot sell you the scooter, because you live in PA. We had a lot of bad experiences before with people ordering scotoer s in PA"
