Provida Life Sciences, 6 Week Body Make Over Manipulative Money Back Guarantee; Deceptive and Fradulent Return Policy Chino California

I purchased 6 Week Body Make Over (6WBM) Over in May of 2007. During the month of June 2007 I immediately tried to take advantage of the Provida forum in an effort to gain support and suggestions on how to best benefit from this program.

However, I was not able to access the forum. I reported this problem to 6WBM immediately with delayed responses. I was informed that the problem would be "fixed". It was not. This began rounds of repeated telephone calls and many delayed responses regarding my not being able to access the forums. To this date, I still am not able to access the forum which is part of the program.

Finally, towards the latter part of June 2007, after realizing that I wasn't losing any weight, I decided 6WBM was not for me despite my best efforts. Therefore, after approximately four (4) weeks I tried to request a refund. Again, I was met with no and/or delayed responses; "you will be notified with a tracking number." This never happened. Although, a response was forthcoming in September 2007. Then, I was told my trial period was over and I could not be refunded. I reminded the representative of my calls before the refund period was over. (Incidentally, when a customer is able to reach this company, their first line is "can I interest you in more 6WBM products before they know the reason for your call.) I was informed that 6WBM had no record of my calls. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and the representative informed me that "the Supervisor is only going to tell you the same thing." Not only did the Supervisor tell me the same thing but he was mean, nasty, and very unprofessional. The Supervisor's response was, "You ain't getting nothing back."

I paid a total of $180.92 including shipping and handling.

It appears that this Company employs deceptive tactics, i.e. manipulating their system in terms of their responses to customers requesting a refund until such time that the customer's trial period has passed. Once the trial period has passed 6WBM immediate ready made response is, "no refund trial period over."
