Providence By Hometown America Palm Valley Misrepresentation, With undisclosed charges, and failure to maintain property values. Oviedo Florida

Hometown America is using some very questionable practices at this location.

Upon purchasing a home at this location, I was to pay $495 monthly lot rent. With each and every year they have increased this fee until now I am paying over $700 per month only five years later. This is on property that I do not own. I only lease the lot for my owned home to be located on. Each year they also bill me an ad-velorum tax of what that is I still do not know, because they do not itemize what that charge is paying for. When I moved in I had to sign a contract that I would not be able to lease my house out, however, now Hometown America decided that they are the only ones that can lease out any homes in this community. Because of this very fact, my home's value has dropped more then $20,000. Now that I wish to sell my home, it's value is worth less then what I owe on the house. I estimate that at the current rate, that my lease fees will be more then the house payment within the next two years. 

As a result of Hometown America leasing out their available housing, they have turned this community into a rental community, and as a result have cause everyones' home value to be drastically reduced. If Hometown America can lease out available homes, then the homeowners should also be able to lease their own home also.
