Took refundable down-payments deposits from two of my clients, the First client got cancer and upon figuring out that they were charging her a 30% plus interest rate had to logically back out of the deal. The second signed final forms saying he would receive over $12,000 so he sold his equipment and sent in his down-payment, then Providence only would approved him for 5K. Both are legally owned their $1,100 plus down-payment checks back. But after many calls and e-mail and months of waiting are forced to take legal action, I would hope that  no one in the any Industry, especially Engraving and Signage would ever use this company again.
