This company does so called  background checks on potential employees. They did a background check and it came back clean according to them.  It is not clean but instead of addressing their mistake they came after me.  They were rude, egotistical, laughed at me and were very unprofessional. They were very insulting towards me and insinuated that I am a liar in many different ways.  They said there was no criminal record since their background company couldn't find either one of them.  They indicated that the states that these criminal activities occurred in were saying they don't exist.  I even provided them with copies of the reports/warrants and they still said they don't exist. The criminal activity in both states does exist and has been verified repeatedly with both states.   They were told it does but they don't care just so long as they don't have to realize that they are wrong and fix their problem.  This shows how egotistical they are, how they don't care and how they are misleading their clients with incorrect background check information. This company allows people with any kind of problem/background to work for them according to the owner.  He says he can hire anyone he wants and doesn't seem to care about the quality, integrety or criminal background of the employee.   In this case they sent an employee that has a criminal background and also lied on an application about another charge to work for a company/client.  This complaint shows just how unprofessional this company is and how they are sending employees to work for businesses that shouldn't be working.  In most cases, if someone lies on a application, it is automatic grounds for dismissal.  Not with this company, they don't care what someone does.   I don't know how any other company they work for can trust the employees they are sending them. I expect to be treated with respect and they don't know how to do that. They have a internet page and Facebook page that looks professional but its obvious that this company is not professional.  The owner of the company is not professional at all and doesn't seem to know how to be professional.  So his manager is not professional either.  The manager  doesn't know how to stop talking long enough to allow someone else to talk.  One has to constantly attempt to talk without success. She provokes anger and frustration in someone just trying to say something.  She doesn't have any idea how to address a background check problem.  Then after going through this terrible experience of attempting to talk to her she says don't contact her or this company again.  The owner said the same thing.  This again shows their egotistical ways and lack of professionalism. Most professional companies don't interrupt people when they are talking, they are appreciative of any advise given and are sincere.  They take the advice or information and try to fix the situation. They can't even pretend to be or do any of these things.  I feel sorry for any company/client that deals with this very unprofessional company.  What kind of employees are these company/clients receiving from this company? They also refuse to abide by legal documents.  They think they don't have to.
