PRT Travel dba GT Trends MLM Associate Travel Agent Ripoff Scam Chico California

When I purchased into their program of becoming an "Associate Travel Agent" on July 1, 2005 I was unaware of the inaccuracy of their business practices. After learning more about the travel agent world through other sources and means; I called the affiliates that GT Trends/PRT Travel mention on their website, advertisements and also on the Associate Travel Agent Card, plus CLIA. I found out that they had no affiliations with the Companies mention below:

1) ASTA - PRT ACCOUNT ON HOLD/GT Trends NO AFFILIATION
2) ARC - PRT/GT Trends NO AFFILIATION
3) CLIA - NO AFFILIATION
4) IATA/IATAN - PRT Travel/GT Trends NO AFFILIATION

The following reasons above and below have led me to request my complete refund:
- MLM bonus structure takes precedence, No commission tracking system on travel, No way to track any sales except for Bonuses, The website provided is not useable to referred customers/clients, No support with booking travel for users, Limited training available for Travel Center, The structure of the business.

I have emailed them and sent a letter to their business for my refund. They responded by stating that I had 72 hours to request refund from date of purchase. They changed their refund policy after several other customer complained about the product and requested their refund.

After canceling my dealing with their company, they still have my website setup with them available for customer to book trips with my information still posted as if I'm still in business with them. If someone logs on to the website, they are able to book trips through the website but I will not collect commissions since I canceled my "subscription".
