Prudent Financial Management Ripoff send me a letter telling me I win a lotery and cruise but what i need to do is deposit the check Brandon Manitoba

I receive letter telling me i win a lottery and a cruise the only thing i needed to do it was cash the check of US 2,990 after i have to deposit it. went to the bank 3 days later cash the money sended to the address the lady give me over the phone to pay the tax for me to recieve my winning price.

i cashed the money ,went to western union and sended the money to Barbar Colleen in Houston,Texas.A week letter i try to cash money from my account the bank told me i did not have any money. i call the bank,they say my check of US2,990 was return so i ask them where came from the money i cash ,they talk me the bank lend me money because the check was return 2times but the bank never notify me anything about that or someting was wrong with the check when i went to the bank cash the money 3 days after my deposit and now the bank went back the money they give me without let me know they was lending me money before i cash it.
