Prudential Americana Rochelle Vannoy Expect harassment if you deal with this agent! Las Vegas NV

I went to find an agent on Dave Ramsey's website, one of his ELP's, and got a call from Rochelle. We talked and i told her that I was a year out and didn't want to be bombarded with emails and calls. Well guess what, the bombing began shortly thereafter!

I started getting emails that said "now that we're working together" and "we will find that home for you right away". What part of "a year away" did you not get? And who would email you and say that we have met when we haven't? It just shows that she uses a auto mailer that has nothing to do with reality. That speaks volumes if you were unfortunate enough to get in a transaction with this one.

So even after I contact the board of realtors, the emails wont stop. They suggest I write to the broker, so I do. I tell him the situation and he doesn't respond. The only thing that changed was that now I am not getting 2 or 3 emails a week, but 1 a day.

It's a $10k fine per email for a business to keep emailing you after you request them to stop. I guess I am going to have to go after them through the FCC. The worst part of this is that I was completely up front about not wanting all of these emails. Can you imagine how she would handle you wish list for a house? Stay far away from this stalker!
