DO NOT WORK WITH PRUDENTIAL  REALTY! THEY ARE VERY SLEAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL! Me and my partner were looking for a house in West Hollywood area and contacted Prudential Realty on Melrose Ave. They told us an agent will
contact us back. We received a call from "Gigi" her real name is Pui Wai Fung (CA DRE license #01904665) and made an appointment. When we met with Gigi she was wearing a see thru dress and we could see everything on her body. Gigi was
very flirtatious with very bad English. It was like dealing with a prostitute from some foreign land. While Gigi was showing us houses she kept asking us personal questions like; Are we single? Are we dating anybody?........ Then Gigi started talking about her Korean boyfriend with small p***s. Gigi went on about how much she hates her boyfriend, she is only using him because he owns his own condo and she can't afford her own place. Then she asked us about our penises saying: "I bet you two have big penises, I like big penises!" First we thought it was amusing to the point we were waiting for cameras poping
out of trees telling us this was a bad show but no it just got very awkward and uncomfortable. For the rest of the time being with this disgusting individual, Gigi kept starring at our private areas and smiling or making faces. Gigi Prudential real estate agent was prostituting herself for commission.

We contacted their office Prudential Realty on Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood, CA, and spoke to their office manager Fred Coleman. Fred was not shocked about Gigi sleazy behavior and brushed it off like this was not a big deal. Fred Coleman jokingly laughed and encouraged me to take Gigis offer. The punch line was that a week later we received a call
from Gigi to see more houses. Obviously she was still working for Prudential realty. We told Gigi that we decided to work with another brokerage. She got very angry saying, she worked very hard for us and it wasnt fair for us to work with other brokerages and hung up on me. Couple hours later we received another phone call from Gigi asking us for money for gas and her time. I told her she was commission based and we didnt have a contract, we didnt want to work with her period! Gigi got very rude and nasty on the phone. She threatened me that she knew many police officers and these officers are very close to her. She would send these officers after us if we didnt pay for her time and gas.

We contacted Prudential Realty California headquarters to file a formal complaint. Their response: This is Your problem not ours. As a consumer I am not going to sit and take these sleaze bags in Prudential Realty to hustle or push me around so they can make a commission. Online we are going to put a negative comments next to every agent who works for Prudential Realty so these people understand that when a consumer brings an issue, try to resolve it instead of shoving your head in the sand because you dont want to deal with your SLEAZY, TRASHY AGENTS. Sounds like Prudential Realty is running a w***e house than a brokerage. Somebody needs to report these people to CA Dept. of real Estate and pull their license.
