Here's the deal. The main culprit is Local Billing Limited. This company provides the billing services for the websites that are ripping people off. Deepak Agarwal is providing the call centers in the Phillipines for these "customer service" numbers you call. This guy owns a company called Offshoring, Inc. They specialize in training people in the Phillipines, go to the website and read it yourself. The culprits at Local Billing Limited are Clay Douglass and Mitch Platt. They have one company in the Netherlands known as RedBee and Local Billing Limited operates out of Barcelona under the name of Tucana Corona. Also, Deepak owns multiple porn sites (check out deecash.com or pornsitejunkie.com), all his. These guys figured out a way to get your bank info legally and charge the crap out of your accounts and then sell your info to other companies by way of signing you up for random things. Example: You apply for a payday loan online. Doesn't matter whether you got the loan or not. That company has your SS# and bank info. If they partner with any of the websites that are under these three guys (there are over 2000 websites), then they have your info and now can sign you up for pills, porn sites, memberships for fake services, etc. I talked to an ex employee of Local Billing Limited that worked in the Tech dept and when he realized what they were doing he quit his job. He went to the police in UK with details but no one would do anything. I filed multiple reports with the FBI. Here's the worst of it all, another company called Moniker Online services is the registrar for all those scamming websites. A company known as Low.com is listed as some mortagage company uses an alias on the internet as Oversee.net. Oversee.net is the host server for Moniker Online Services and the two have joined forces now. Moniker is located in Florida which is where these call center customer service reps always claim they are. NOT TRUE they are in the Phillipines. Oversee.net/low.com is located in Los Angeles. So if you are an IT wiz, maybe you can make the connections needed by the authorites to bring these thieves to justice. The scamming from these guys is occurring all over the world. It is not just the US that is being ripped off. I've heard from people in Australia, Germany, UK, Spain and so on. Help if you can, do not ignore a ripoff!
