Please be advised, that PS Inspection Service LLC, registered agent Raymond Rotolo does not pay for their contractor's payment.

I've done 34 home inspection assignments and was given the run around from Ray and his associate Barbara.  As of to date, I'm owed about $300.00 for completed assignments.

On or about 6/21/17, Barbara reaches out to me for an emergency assignment.  At this time I informed her that I've yet to get paid.  She stated that Ray is not the type of person to "stiff people, but he's sometimes late".  My response to that idiotic statement was it's still unprofessional.

On 6/28/17, I sent a text to both Ray and Barbara regarding of status of payment and how they giving the runaround. They didn't have the decency to respond.  This report is the start point of smearing this companies name.  Next step facebook and google.

Google hidden places loc here's my input about home inspectors

AUTHOR: Real estate agents and home inspectors that suck - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, July 10, 2017

The problem is that real estate agents and home inspectors are in bed with each other let me explain in great detail My wife's real estate agent told us about a home inspector that she uses now that's a warning light right there a bright one she says oh he's so good he's so thural on his home inspections what he's really saying is use him he won't cause me any problems finding troubles with the house that you plan to buy because I don't want to deal with taking you to a shitload of other houses so I know he won't reveal any troubles to make me have to go help you find another house This guy could not find cat s*** on the windshield of your car All of the windows in the house that are designed to open to let fresh air in your house don't have any screens Now when you inspect Windows you're going to look for several things do they open yes or no Are they single pane windows or double pane windows yes or no Do they lock and are the locks present and do they work yes or no Do the windows have any cracks in them yes or no Do the windows that are double pane if they are double pane have any signs of moisture between the two pieces of glass which shows a sign of a leaky seal between the two glass panes All of the windows in our house that are designed to open do not have screens and a couple of them the locks do not work obviously he didn't check The air conditioner only blows cold air in one area of the house the West Side the vents on the east side of the house do not produce any good cold wind to cool those areas of the house off Anyone that's going to do at home inspection would check to make sure all of the events are producing the same amount of wind and is the air conditioning ductwork sealed to where none of the cold air is blowing into the Attic Looking at the baseboards 75% of the baseboards are not tightly attached to the walls of the house the baseboards are loose that might be a sign of rotting wood at the bottom of the walls people think how do you figure that maybe the nails that hold the baseboards against the wall are going into rotten wood which means the baseboards are going to pop loose Sure enough when we pull the baseboards off the walls because we're going to put new floor down guess what rotten wood oh and that's not forget when the real estate agent suggest to you to use a special home inspector that she knows what she's really telling you is she does not give a crap whether you have to deal with the issues later because she's long gone and does not care about your future troubles she only cares about the quick commissions These home inspectors don't have to be certified they just have to be able to tell the state that they know what they're doing especially in the state of Arizona most of the home inspectors are useless they just have a piece of paper saying that the state says it's okay for them to go out and screw the American people The here's another important thing that we need to talk about when it comes to home inspectors if you were going to buy a house that has a natural gas system would you want to know whether it leaks natural gas into your house or outside or not ? Now this is a simple question you certainly would want to know if the house that has a natural gas system is leaking natural gas because if it is it's a ticking time bomb but guess what...... She's home inspectors don't know what they're doing that's why they stay away from the natural gas systems in a house you plan to buy they don't care whether it leaks or not they don't point out a place that you can go to have your natural gas system checked for proper pressure operation of the natural gas regulator and they also don't check to find out the pressure coming out of the regulator and they don't know how to check for leaks when it comes to Natural Gas systems in homes because they're idiots Next time your favorite real estate agent suggest a particular home inspector and the guy comes out ask him what are the procedures of checking the LP gas system or the natural gas system in this house to make sure that it does not leak gas inside of the house that I plan to buy what are your steps to make sure that I'm going to be living in a safe house They're probably going to tell you a we don't do natural gas or propane leak detection why because we don't know how we are f****** idiots Remember your real estate agent can be your biggest future troubles they don't care about anything they only care about getting the commission check There should be a law passed that states that no real estate agents can suggest to you which home inspector to use they need to stay out of it but they don't they want to get involved they want to find somebody that will continue to kiss their a*s and ignore future Troubles of the house and let you deal with it later The next time a home inspector comes out to inspect the house that you plan to buy ask him or her how do they check to make sure that the ductwork in the air conditioning system of the house you plan to buy is not leaking in the Attic or the walls see what kind of response you get I think it's time for me to go on an Expose and start exposing home inspectors that are useless pieces of crap cat poop is more valuable When the real estate agent suggest you use a certain business look out you might want to get another real estate agent find a real estate agent that will not suggest to you her favorite home inspector or maybe her favorite plumber because she might be getting kickbacks from the work that's going to be done at your house Next time you meet up with a home inspector ask them what their qualifications and experience really are A good home inspector is going to take 4 to 5 maybe 6 hours going through your house that you plan to buy to make sure everything is detected that's future trouble explaining to you everything that's wrong with the house including pictures showing you what's really going on but the real estate inspectors don't want you around because they're not kissing your a*s they're kissing the agents asked and they don't want you there when they find troubles because they don't want to tell you about them it's going to take them longer periods of time to explain everything to you that way they can only inspect one house a day instead of maybe two or three it's all about money my friends One day I'm going to expose a particular real estate agent right here on this special website that has the power to expose
