PS Pros not only failed to repair my PS3 but actually damaged it beyond repair, Internet

I had a faulty Playstation 3 & looked online for a company to fix it as it was out of warranty & Sony were an expensive option. The PS3 would crash after varying amounts of time when playing games or watching Blu-ray.

When it was returned it worked for less than a week & the problem reoccurred, only worse. I did not want to return it to be fixed again given the poor job they did intially & bought another one instead. I then put my broken one on eBay (clearly marked as broken & with a description of the problem) as I had been told they would sell for around $90.

The transaction was completed & i received an email from the buyer stating the console was in a much worse condition than I had realised. Apparently PS Pros put it back together all wrong & didn't reattach some heat pads to the motherboard & it ruined the graphics processer.

I had a difficult situation to handle on eBay & fortunately the buyer was very decent about it as he realised i had no idea how badly they had damaged it. This poor service has affected 2 consumers though.

Do not use PS Pros....go with Sony if you need a console of theirs fixed!!
