Pshad LLC David Lopez Rip Off company. Took my money and never provided the service I requested ca

The company named as Pshad LLC offered me a service afyer I found them on online. I told the guy who picked up phone named himself as Davod Lopez that I got an eviction notice from the sheriff department. He told me the fees and said that he will file a stay order on a eviction notice which I had from Sacramento Sheriff's department and charged me $500 which I have their contract with me.

When I asked him if you filed the paperwork he said the tokd he also filed for a fee waiver whcih jidge has declined so therefore I need to pay $240 for the court fee. After paying the him the court fee he stopped answering my call which I attempted to call and text him every 10 mins.

The day of eviction Sheriff came to wvict me and I told the Sheriff's that Pshad LLC has filed a stay at the court. The Sheriff's called court manager asked about the stay order and the court manager told sheriff that nothing has been filed. I would say Pshad obtain money from me by false pretence and never rendered his service.

The conoany is fraud and they guys name is David Lopez. I request everyone not to give any legal work to this company and never ever pay them upfront. Is a fraud company. i found ao many bad reviews against this company.
