PSV HEALTH SCIENCES Unauthorized Debit Card charge Nationwide

I had an unauthorized charge of $37.00 on my bank account activity. When I called the bank they said I also had a $37.00 charge last year on a different card that I missed. I do not know who this company is and never had a subscription.

I looked up the phone number on the bank statement and numerous people were complaining that they were also charged without their knowledge. The phone number is (888) 240-6317 They even got my new card number somehow this year.

The bank refunded my money and they are sending me another new card.
