Victoria Ross is a pen name for Psychic Celine. When I contacted her on 773-885-5849 the cell phone listed in Chicago Illinois under Sprint LLC, listed the legal name as Brooke T. Lopez and the utility company listed the legal address as 5414 Greenview Rd. Oakhills, Illinois, of which may be a victim she used or worked with. I sought her services for our company in California on a project we agreed needed to be completed. We contacted her services, a friend and myself and she appeared to be giving us good services and products in return for small fees sent to Western Union to be picked up by Carla Mones at the other end receiver. Also when I called 773-885-5849 an older lady answered, I have spoken to at least three different gals. The oldest gal or Egyptian master as she calls herself continued to call me on what needed to be done next. She continued to ask for large sums of money to be sent by Federal Express in $100.00 bills wrapped in a white ribbon and white cloth in the package being sent. She said it would be returned in two weeks. Each of the three boxes had a different name and address in Plano Texas. Later learning she was in Chicago, Illinois per her assistant Savannah as she called herself, she asked Celine to return my boxes, she returned only one box which I got back in Dec 26, 2009. I have two remaining boxes I need back. The number 773-885-5849 has been assigned to a new owner as of Jan 2010, but prior to that I sent multiple text messages for two years. Then I decided to go online and search out her new locations. Psychic Celine has many locations and phone numbers of which most are disconnected. Google it for yourself. Psychic Celine 231-903-5400  belongs to Erica who got the number in 2009 and has gotten multiple calls from many people looking for Celine and Erica says this is her new cell number 231-903-5400. Then 720-234-4416 is listed in Las Vegas Nevada using 9500 Rancho Palmas Dr. Las Vegas, Nevada address, she does not live there, never lived there. The house is owned by George Shillaire and his wife T.J. as a vacation home. I called them to make them aware she is using there address on her advertisments as her home. She now is asking people to do parties and group sessions, but when I called her on 2-15-2010 at 702-324-4416 she would not agree to meeting me, the persons voice and patterns and type of personality are the same as the person I spoke with in November 2007 at 773-885-5849, but she denies it. First she said she remembered me and then quickly said no when she realized she had unfinished business she needs to complete.
