The company does not rip off the clients nor do the readers here do any intentional deception that I am aware of.  However, this company does not PAY the READERS/ Contractors on time and also can be verbally abusive to them. 

Jayson Lynn is the Rip off Head Demon here.  He holds pay for two to four weeks without any notice on a regular basis and will do it when he feels like it causing the Readers to have late payment fees / bank fees / overdraft fees and stress by causing them to have a poor quality of life. Withholds the bigger paychecks even LONGER  and up to a MONTH without notice. Basically, trying to destroy the Contractor financially and it appears on purpose. Sucking every drop of blood out of them for a penny he can keep and hold onto because paying the Contractors is like completely horrific to him to let go of the money. Sickening display of GREED. 

He also has made the Readers / Independent Contractors contribute to a mandatory cash fund to help him cover his charge backs in case he gets some but does not refund it when he does not get them.......these charges are the costs of doing business from what we all are aware of and not the Contractors responsility. He will also charge the Reader for any chargebacks he receives ...again the cost of doing business is put upon the Contractors. 

Now he is using paypal to pay the Contractors and making the Contractor pay the pay pal fees. This is when he finally pays them.

None of this can be legal. Just because the Readers are not considered employees should not be a green light to steal / hold their paychecks until he fees like it and put upon them his business expenses.  This is stealing. Not to mention the clients pay in advance to the Company so there is even LESS need to hold pays. 

Even if people are Independent Contractors they should still be able to have a regular pay date or notice of pay date and if he is writing off his costs of doing business on his tazes then he should not taking them from the Contractors. 

As of this date....he is using the Hurricane in Florida as a reason for late pay however, pay was able to be paid prior to the storm and this is not a ONE TIME deal..this is every pay period and now it is escalating more and more because he steals the readers pay to use for his other businesses while shoving it to the Contractors. If questioned Contractors are attacked belittled, Threatened and verbally abused.  

If this does not get corrected asap, many of the Contractors are going to file a formal complaint with the Florida State Attorney Generals Office.  

So heads up...if you have any talent in Spiritual matters DO NOT WORK HERE.  YOU WILL NOT GET PAID PROPERLY and will be used and abused by this man and his company. Talks to you like you are his dogslave.

If this gets a dispute I will post proof of all of this by attaching emails / threats / pay pal records and everything else to prove all of this. 

I would hope he gets right with God first and legal system second. 

Start paying your Contractors properly and on time or I welcome any legal assistance from Lawyers for getting this issue resolved with this company because he says he does not take threats lightly..he only likes to give them. 

Let's see what the Legal powers that be have to say about that.
