Psychic Eye Bookshop, Sherman Oaks Stole Money, Very Rude, Service Not Provided, Refused to Reschedule or Refund Sherman Oaks California

On Saturday, June 25, 2016, I had an appointment with Megan Butler at 11:45am. I had a medical emergency and my sister is in the hospital.  My sister was bleeding in the brain.  That's actually what I wanted to talk to Megan about, my sister's health.

I called the store around 12:28pm and explained the situation. The girl on the phone was very rude to me. I asked if I can reschedule, but she refused.  I asked if they can reschedule me with another reader, but she refused.

I asked if I can talk directly with Megan, but she refused.  She said Megan doesn’t want to talk to me or reschedule me.  I can hear her yelling in the background.

I asked if I can get a refund, and she refused.  I told them they basically took $35 from me. The girl said there's nothing they can do.  I explained to them the situation again about the medical emergency.  They continued to be rude to me. 

They didn't provide the service. They refused to reschedule me or give refund. And they were very rude to me on he phone.

All I want is a refund.
