So I purchased two shirts online at this website: psychoticlegend.com. Firstly, I received the package 3 wks after purchasing the items when the shipping stated 3-5 business days. The shipping label showed the name of the company with no return address or return label inserted that are included normally when purchasing from a company. I received the package and noticed the clothing was heavily misrepresented on the website. The leather was faux which was confirmed by a local leather retailer. The clothing was very thin and wore away much faster than real leather.
The "leather" began to tear/rip 2 wks after purchased and wearing it twice. The animal prints were incorrectly stitched and looked cheap. I should've known something was wrong because the prices were much higher for a no name brand. After more research, I also noticed that the website had no business contact information (phone or email), no privacy policy or disclaimers which are required by all websites. I had no one to complain to about my customer experience with these products. Warning: DO NOT purchase from this company. With no contact information, for all I know, My money went down the drain.

I am regretful I wrote the rebuttal to an earlier complaint. I was a co-owner AFTER this complaint and I defended the past actions of the owner before asking for proof of performance. I have since learned that it may have been true. I am no longer a part managing Psychotic Legend.

I have recently become involved with Psychotic Legend's owner, Rory Spann. She has indicated this complaint was quickly resolved with a refund. The individual complaining was not asked to return the merchandise. I am told the consumer had a conversation over the phone with Rory. Please explore the truth of this complaint more fully and remove as soon as possible. Legal action against the buyer may be in order. Communication with Rory did take place and a refund was issued. Psychotic Legend is redoing its website and in the process of strengthening itself operationally. If the consumer has additional concerns, email to mykidlegend@yahoo.com
