psydo surge & only eyes worthless facial cream gimmick to make excessive charges to your credit card California

   My wife saw their add on tv for Psydosurge cream and wanted to try it. The cost was so low we decided to go ahead. We are both in our upper 60's so we never even noticed the very fine print that set us up for a very hard time.

   I got online and proceeded to order the trial product psydosurge. I do not remember the come on price but it was like $10 or less. In the process, and I do not even know how they did this but eyes only was added to my order. I tried to back out and delete eyes only but could not. Well once again the price was very small so I left it on the order but was very agitated. As I continued the order two more products were attempted to be placed on my order that I was able to navigate around. So I had two products on my order even though I only wanted to try one. No way to delete the one.

   We recieved the products and my wife used them for apx three weeks for absolutely no results. Oh well we tried them and had no intentions of ever buying them again. In our opinion they were useless.

   About that time we recieved another batch in the mail. We were shocked that they would send us more because we certainly did not want them. My second reaction was what did the charge us for them, so I checked my credit card online and became very upset.

   They had charged my card apx $92 for one and apx $88 for the other. I immediatly called the number they gave me and in the process of trying to reach someone I was looking at my credit card purchases and realizied it was even worse than I thought. When I did not call them to decline their product offer within 14 days the initial offer of apx $10 was changed to the full price on both products totaling almost $200, and their second shipment at another cost of almost $200 totaling almost $400.

   Lady at eyes only, after some very heated words agreed to take apx $60 off second shipment and to stop all orders. They would not let me return the unwanted product.

   Gentleman at psydosurge offered to send some free bottles of creambut absolutely no refunds. I plainly let him know I had no interest in his product, even free. I told him of the call I just finished with eyes only and at least the would refund part of the price for the second shipment, but to no avail. He was very indifferent and could have calrd less.

   Shortly after talking to him I recieved a call from a lady at psydosurge who offered me the same refund I recieved form eyes only. I was happy to get that after talking to the first gentleman.

   So here I am with a bill after the refunds of apx $250 including the come on price and a worthless product that we thought we were just trying to see if we wanted to buy some. We do not have an extra $250 to be throwing away.

   We did learn a valuable lesson that we will remember in the future. We will never buy another product  off the tv with their flashey too good to be true deals. 

   In our opinion this whole operation was a fraud!
