I purchased 4 certificates to travel for 4 people months ago. I was planning on taking my daughter and friends for their first cruise. What a nightmare it turned out to be when I registered the cruises and never received the package from them. Numerous calls to the company only resulted in more delays and fustrating conversations with incompetent representatives who have no idea what to say or where to begin to find your account.

Prestige Travel is nothing but a scam to rip people off of their money with no scrupples or regard for their clients. They couldn't care less and don't answer your calls when they cannot find an excuse for their unprofessionalism. It is a pathetic company and people should BEWARE OF PTS TRAVEL. I have lost my money and will not finish paying the rest only to avoid having to deal with them an longer, and continue to be ripped off or disappointed again.
