PTTC Inc, wholesale skin care products in the city of Burlingame , California

I found One stop cosmetic Inc, on tradekey.com, who is a free member,sell high end skin care products for wholesaler. I sent a e-mail to this member, and got someone reply, who's name is called Mark Tran. He sent me a manifest price list that had available. I like these products and the price was reasonable. I sent the list to my client, who live in Hong Kong. I got their order list and money. In the mean time I asked Mark Tran to have business number and other reference of other transaction he did before, he gave business number(#941420508) Tax ID (95-4580536). I made a trial order with 50 pcs of one product. He sent them to me fast at this time. I place the second order after two weeks when he told me goods will be available after New Year, but he need some deposit for holding goods. So I started to deposit money to his account, but the Beneficiary Name was not him, it is Thanh Ly Wholesale. I paid in full on Jan, 10 2011, and he did e-mail me said that the fund was received in full. He promised to send out goods on 15th of Jan. He promised my client can have goods before 20th. But I still don't receive any confirmed shipment since his last e-mail on Jan 19th. I keep sent him e-mail and phone him. He didn't reply until now. I don't know what to do. I report to Police department and FBI. I hope he can be arrest. He still post an ad to many B2B website. I hope every business owner will see my report. Don't let him swindle others.
