BOUGHT A 2002 INFINITI AND WITH 49,000 MILES AND BOUGHT THE WARRANTY TO COVER ANY PROBLEMS I WOULD HAVE.as the service manager said u purchased peace of mind.I WENT TO THE BEACH AND CHECKED ALL FLUIDS AND OIL.every Thing WAS FULL.on the way to the beach an hour into the trip the car over heated and the gauges never gave any 12 days later warning and the engine overheated and froze up.When i called public motors for help ,As i was stuck on the fwy no one called me back until 12 days later.They told me to bring them the car and they would get an engine to put in.Warranty Solutions said they don't cover radiators.The radiator split on the seam!When i went to public motors after 3 weeks of waiting for the car i found my new tires and battery were gone! As well as 35 cds and my lock nut removable nut. No one wants to take responsibility for that! They also puT the old hoses and belt back on the engine and when i opened the hood the top radiator hose had a hole in it. The mechanic said it would take an hour for him to get the hose so we waited and when he brought it around i checked it and he just cut it and stuck another sticker on it to make it look new.Except you could see the cut marks.The bottom hose was soft and mushy so i will have to replace that myself cause these guys are CUT THROAT THIEVES.tHEY SAID THEY WERE PUTTING ALL NEW HOSES AND A NEW BELT ON IT AS WELL.Plus THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE NEW PARTS.THIS COMPANY ARE JUST OUT TO RIP IOU OFF! who would think a company that sells cars would steal your battery tires and other item.DON'T TRUST A WORD THAT COMES OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS!
