Public Partnerships, LLC, NJ PPP Program Public Partnerships, LLC Public Partnerships, LLC NJ PPP Program. & 40 Broad Street Lbby 4 P.O. Box 51476. Boston, MA 02109-4320 Phoenix, AZ 85076-1476 Theft of services and payment of hours worked. They add hours/take them away. Forget to tell you critical pieces of information on how the whole process works or inconsistent answers by different ppl who answer the phone.Their rebuttals/excuses are delay tactics and you still keep calling and waiting for your hours/money. Our son has been waiting along with 12 other consumers to have their gym memberships paid for through their SDS Budgets since last fall. The BBB has them listed as an A+ rating while the approval rating is 97-98% unsatisfied. BBB contacts PPL. PPL feeds them the same garbage they feed everyone else and NOTHING since 2012 has been completed turned around and totally fixed, Phoenix Arizona

PPL has been defrauding the disabled and elderly since 2012 if you look at their obvious documented track record right here not to mentioned the law suits in PA & elsewhere. They are “out of compliance” or “breach of contract” with NJ and should be shut down by the Department of Labor immediately!

A State hearing in June 2017 in Trenton; no compliance. A letter from Disability Rights NJ in November; still no compliance!

As far as I’m concerned, we are in a constant position of “active theft in progress” and PPL is running roughshod over the States’ Medicaid Budgets effecting their most vulnerable communities.

Has anyone died yet on their watch or gone into serious debt? Is anyone ready to lose their roofs over their heads?

Why has NJ given them over six months to clean up their act? Sixty (60) days would have been more than generous. Is PPL considering the damages in law suits active/pending/still to come. Is NJ Department of Human Services concerned that they are abusing their handling of monies which are our tax dollars?

We are functioning with an organization getting away with now starting into their 6th year of “active theivary”. Our family signed up with these people in January of 2017. It took 6 months for them to get back to me and have been screwing up in every way ever since as documented by all complaints here on the RioOff report and BBB complaints.

Shame on NJ and Govenor Christi  Office/Jennifer Valdez for not doing their homework during the RFP process and for changing NJ’s  Fis al Intermediary (FI) from Easter Seals (20 years of great service) to Public Partnerships, LLC.

Where is the delayed money going? Who is benefiting from seemingly “skimming off the top”.?
