I am a previous employee. I did not get fired but quit under extreme duress from a new boss who fit into the new kind of management P.S is looking for.

They lie, cheat, decieve the public and if you don't go along with it your written up for "offenses" it was implied that we should cut tenants locks then call them and tell them they were burglarized then make them buy our overpriced locks.

we were told other managers were doing it. we were renting spaces promoted as up to 2 feet bigger than they were.

when we as managers complained nothing was done.

Managers are also told to sell insurance and locks no matter what and in many cases tell tenants they can't rent without buying, that is against the law but tenants dont't know it.

we were told to falsfy documents in case we had to sell someones property (we refused) I have more but space is out.
