Public Van Lines Brooklyn NY Terry and Mike Scam-Fraud-Deceptive-Unprofessional-Discriminates-Steals Brooklyn, New York

Alleged owner and driver- Terry arrived one week late..he kept telling us that he will be delivering timely and caused us to loose original airfare and purchase new airfare in order to be present;

When he finally arrived by truck, he approached us by stating that we will have to pay them an additional $350 otherwise they will drive away with our merchamdise (70 boxes and furniture). We called security and two guards from the developtment arrived. They talked to the mover and the mover told us that this is our lucky day and all he will charge us (over and above the contracted price of approx $1,600) would be an additional $75.00 for having to move two flight of stairs.

This was agreed to with Amazon Relocation who contracted Public Van Lines to relocate my elderly parents to Florida).we said no and he started to go to tje truck and advised us he will take our merchandise and we wont have it. I had to give him the extra cash just so that he would release our merchandise. The security guards werr witness throughout the whole incident.

Terry and his two drivers began to unload truck and throw boxes on ground. Most of the 70 boxes were severely crushed and destroyed. Terry stated to me and my father in front of the security guards tjat he likes stealing money from (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))), especially the $75.00 that he just got. He then went on in detail explaining how much he hates (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))), especially the (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) that contracted him to do this job.

He told his two workers to stop putting the furniture togethet because he already got the money order balance from us;

He attempted to put together a Curio and half way carried into room. He damaged the ceilings, broke the curio in several places, and proceeded to tell his workers to leave it damaged. He then pulled the top of the curio, causing the screws to pull the curio and breaking it. He laghed and asked the worker to take picture of him. The security guard became agitated and asked him to leave the condo. Terry said I had to sign papers..I stated only If I can write down what was damaged. He refused to allow me. He gave me the pen to sign at whi h point I grabbed the pad and wrote down everythinv tjat was damaged. The guard made him wait outside.

He carried our table upstairs and dropped it laughing. It broke. We took several photos of their truck, the driver/ Terry, the damaged boxes, broken items. This company Scams tje elderly people and threatens to hold their merchandise hostage unless they pay an additional premium not agreed to by contract. Amazon Relocation is negligent by association. These acts were punitive!

This company steals, lies, scams, commits fraud, threatens the elderly and corners them, and discriminates. He then stated tjat we should place a claim agains that stupid (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) from Amazon Relocation. He said he hates him and that Jacob from Amazon because he is Jewish and indicated that Jacob can not make it without Terry's business. He went on to state how he loves taking Jacob's money.

At the end, Terry stated in front of the two security guards (James and Scott from Century Village in Deerfield Beach FL) that the reason he stole the $75.00 at the begining eas to go out for cold beers and to get girls after work.

They also threatened us to pay them upfront before they deliver othetwise they will leave with the merchandise. The contract stated COD. We were required to pay once they delivered the boxes into the condo. Again, they threatenex my parents that they would drive away with their belongings, forcing them to pay first.
